Your $5.00/month access subscription renews monthly via Stripe to keep your payment method on file. At month-end, a 0.5% platform fee (on account equity) plus a 12% performance fee (only when the month's net realized profit on algorithm-opened options contracts closed that month is positive — 40% lower than the traditional 20% performance benchmark) is billed to the card on file with an itemized email receipt. Broker commissions and fees are separate.

Cancel any time from Account → Subscription — no email, phone, or chat required. Access continues until the end of the paid period. A written cancellation confirmation is emailed immediately.

30 days free, no credit card required. We will not charge you until you start a paid subscription.

Per our Terms, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Email support@ruggedx.ai for billing disputes — we will respond before any card chargeback.
